About prize
Players who place highly will be offered, as a prize, a Player Contract (Independent Contractor Agreement) with Japan Open Poker Tour Co., Ltd.
This Player Contract is intended to support our promotional activities and the healthy development of poker. Under the contract, Japan Open Poker Tour Co., Ltd. will cover expenses such as entry fees for overseas poker tournaments and related travel expenses as contractor fees.
Entering into this contract is optional; however, if you choose to do so, the contract procedures must be completed at the venue on the day of the event.
The contractor fee amount will be the amount specified on the back of the ranking card provided on the day.
Only a pre-determined fixed exchange rate* will apply; the exchange rate on the contract date or event day will not be used.
As an exception, bounties valued at less than JPY 50,000 will be granted as time-limited vouchers. All other bounties, as well as Sprinter Awards, will be provided through a player contract.
* The fixed exchange rate will be determined three business days prior to the event and announced before the event period begins.

If the contract procedures are not completed at the venue on the event day, no part of this contract will be guaranteed and no contractor fee will be paid. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Notes
・A photo ID is required to enter into a Player Contract.
・The prize (Player Contract) is not prize money. Players are required to perform promotional activities for JOPT and related events.
・Disclosure of contract details to third parties or posting them on social media is strictly prohibited under the confidentiality clause. If you have any questions, please contact us via LINE.
・The contractor fee amount is stated on the ranking card provided on the event day. The amount shown in the Player Guide (USD) or the fixed exchange rate*¹ will apply. The exchange rate on the contract date will not be used.
*1 The fixed exchange rate will be based on the Mitsubishi UFJ Bank T.T.B. rate from three business days prior to the event, and the rate announced before the event period will be applied.

The poker events outside of Japan
When participating in eligible poker events held overseas, players may receive financial support for travel expenses, accommodation expenses, and entry fees.
Support is available for both advance payments and reimbursements.

When participating in eligible poker events held within Japan, players may receive financial support for travel and accommodation expenses.
For domestic travel and accommodation support, only reimbursement (post-payment) is available.

For Japan Open Poker Tour Co., Ltd. hosted events, requests for the fulfillment of a player contract must be submitted at the designated counter at the event venue on the day of the event. Applications via LINE are not required.
Performance Application and Settlement
- Please provide images of the receipts for travel expenses and accommodation. (In the case of overseas events, a screen capture of the entry confirmation or reservation details showing the travel and accommodation costs is also acceptable.)

- Wait for a reply from the person in charge via LINE.
- Please transfer the coins to the designated club.
- We will transfer the payment to the account you specified.
