Rules

The tournament will be conducted in accordance with our company’s tournament rules.

Qualification

The qualification round will be conducted by the affiliated operators, and players will be selected to participate in the final round (main event) based on the competition results. Our company will recognize the players selected by the affiliated operators as eligible for the final round. However, if there is suspicion of unfair selection methods, the participation of the relevant player in the final round will not be allowed.

Final Round (Main Event)

The final round (main event) is open only to players selected in the qualification round and those recognized by our company. The participation fee for the final round will be collected as a deposit to cover venue costs, personnel expenses, and other related event expenses.

Prize Winners

Our company will offer optional player contracts (outsourcing contracts) for participation in overseas tournaments. Players who are unable to participate in overseas tournaments due to age or other circumstances will not be eligible. Additionally, players who have interrupted their participation in the competition, except for unavoidable reasons such as health issues, will not be eligible.
The contract is optional. If a player does not sign the player contract by the deadline, no guarantees will be provided for that player.
The overseas tournaments available under the contract will be determined by our company. The terms of the contract may be subject to change at our company’s discretion, regardless of whether the player has won a prize.
For overseas tournaments participated in under the contract, players may be required to wear or attach a designated patch or uniform as specified by our company.

Portrait Rights

Players agree not to make any claims regarding their portrait rights for the qualification and final rounds of the main event, as well as side events. Still images and videos taken by our company or affiliated operators may be used by our company and sponsors for related activities. Players acknowledge this and will not raise any objections

Disclaimer

If the tournament is canceled, we will make efforts to reschedule it on a different date and hold it under as similar conditions as possible. In this case, our company will not be liable for more than the participation fee paid. Additionally, players will not make any claims for compensation to our company for any damages.
If delays or inability to conduct the tournament occur due to natural disasters, wars, riots, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, or other force majeure events, our company will not be held responsible.
Our company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or any other issues that occur during the event.
If our company determines that a player is causing disruption to other players’ competitions, we may suspend that player’s participation.
Players are responsible for managing their valuables, and our company will not be held liable for any loss or theft.
If gambling involving money is discovered, the results of that competition may be invalidated. Furthermore, measures may be taken to prohibit participation in any future events.

Other

Our company may change the terms and conditions without prior notice if deemed necessary.
