Important Notice Regarding Prize Distribution
In Japan, activities related to gambling are restricted by law. Therefore, it is not legally possible to offer cash prizes for the winner of a poker tournament. Instead, we provide prizes in the form of player contracts or USDT (Tether).
About the Contract
The top winners will receive a player contract (outsourcing agreement) with PokerGuild Co., Ltd. as a prize.
This player contract is intended for the promotion of JOPT and various tournaments. PokerGuild Co., Ltd. will cover expenses, including entry fees and travel costs for participation in both domestic and international poker tournaments, as the commission fee. This contract is voluntary, and if you wish to enter into the agreement, you must complete the required procedures at the venue on the day of the event.
The commission fee shall be the amount specified on the back of the ranking card provided on the day of the event. The predetermined fixed exchange rate* shall apply, and the exchange rate on the day shall not apply.
Upon signing the contract, an amount equivalent to the commission fee will be credited as POKER WEB COIN. For details on its usage, please refer to the section titled “Use the player contract” below.
* The fixed exchange rate will be announced before the event period, based on the rate determined three business days prior to the event.

Please review the contract details and proceed with registering your player contract. If the contract registration is not completed at the venue on the day of the event, no guarantees will be provided for this contract, and the commission fee will not be paid. Important Notes
- A valid ID with a photo is required for the player contract.
- The prize (player contract) is not prize money. You will be required to carry out promotional duties for JOPT and various tournaments.
- Sharing the contract details with others or posting them on social media is prohibited due to confidentiality clauses. If you have any questions, please contact us via LINE.
- The commission fee will be listed on the ranking card provided on the day of the event. The amount stated in the player guide (USD) or the fixed exchange rate*¹ will apply. The exchange rate on the contract date will not be applied.
*1 The fixed exchange rate will be based on the Mitsubishi UFJ Bank T.T.B. rate from three business days prior to the event, and the rate announced before the event period will be applied.
Use the Player Contract
The player contract can be used for expenses related to participating in the eligible tournaments.

The poker events outside of Japan
You can receive support for travel expenses, accommodation fees, and entry fees when participating in poker events outside of Japan. Both pre-payment and post-payment options are available for any of these expenses. Please apply on PokerGuild Co., Ltd.’s page.
The maximum application amount is 10 million yen per month.
A transfer fee of 5% shall apply to all POKER WEB COIN transactions. In addition, at the time of performance, an additional 3% of coins shall be required as a system fee.
The poker events in Japan
You can receive support for travel expenses and accommodation fees when participating in poker events in Japan. Only post-payment options are available for any of these expenses. Please apply on PokerGuild Co., Ltd.’s page.
The maximum application amount is 1 million yen per month.
A transfer fee of 5% shall apply to all POKER WEB COIN transactions. In addition, at the time of performance, an additional 3% of coins shall be required as a system fee.
Additionally, if you wish to use it for the entry fee, you can directly use coins at the time of entry. No application via LINE is required.

- Please provide images of the receipts for travel expenses and accommodation. (In the case of overseas events, a screen capture of the entry confirmation or reservation details showing the travel and accommodation costs is also acceptable.)

- Wait for a reply from the person in charge via LINE.
- Please transfer the coins to the designated club.
- We will transfer the payment to the account you specified.
